Rain barrel, Filter
Kermit the Frog was so, so wrong. It's totally easy being green, especially when environmentally sound living brings big economical savings with it. And starting is simple with the literally green 104 Gallon Knock Down Rain Water Barrel, a durable, weather-resistant nylon barrel that collects up to 104 gallons of rain runoff from your home's gutter spout and filters debris out so you have a totally natural, totally free source of water to tend your yard and gardens. Plants benefit more from fresh water over tap water, and your pocketbook benefits, too: 40 percent of all water is used outdoors for plants and lawns during warmer months. Simply attach your garden hose to the tap at the bottom of the barrel and water away. A zippered opening keeps the top of the barrel firmly in place without shutting you out. The barrel itself conserves space, as well - when you want to store it during the winter, just collapse it, move it easily, and store it neatly in a shed or garage. The Earth - or at least your plants - will thank you.

Comments about Systems Trading Heaven & Earth 104 Gallon Knock Down Rain Water Barrel:
The one and only thing is that the hole for the water to flow is not in the middle of the top so when in use too much water collects and it falls over.

the spout fell out this spring and I am unable to get it to stay in - the barrel is worthless to me now

Comments about Systems Trading Heaven & Earth 104 Gallon Knock Down Rain Water Barrel:
I needed to divert some grey water from my washing machine to ease the load on our septic system. Hooked this up to washing machine hose, and now I water my lawn with the cleaner grey water from most of the loads of laundry. It works really well.

Comments about Systems Trading Heaven & Earth 104 Gallon Knock Down Rain Water Barrel:
We have it set under a free flowing stream from an overhead gutter, so the small opening for the downspout isn't quite as practical. I am going to get a rain chain to direct the water into the spout opening. Would be helpful if there were a double zipped-in net screen under the zippered top to allow for a larger target for the water falling down from overhead if you don't have a downspout. Great thing is, it hold a lot of water, great for our downpours.

Comments about Systems Trading Heaven & Earth 104 Gallon Knock Down Rain Water Barrel:
I will use this a lot this summer to save on water. I really like the dark green color. I only wish the overflow was in a different location because to use a hose you need the plug facing you but the overflow is facing my house.
