Product Guarantee

Ursa, Inc. uses the finest materials and workmanship for our products. All Ursa products are warranted by Ursa, Inc. against defects in materials or workmanship for one year.

Although all Ursa products are extremely strong, they are not indestructible. Therefore, our warranty does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear and tear, natural hazard damage (e.g. damage from ultra violet radiation), lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, accident, abuse or alteration.

Service under our warranty is available by contacting our Customer Service department for return authorization. If after inspection we determine that the product was defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If your Ursa product needs service or repair that is not covered under warranty we will provide the necessary service at a reasonable charge.
